If we start with the idea of feeling sensations, perfumes, flavorings, sustainable cuisine and new flavors, the visitor will be disappointed by exposure. The theme of food and sustainability is an opportunity to showcase contemporary, like being inside a mall world where every country is represented by a shop, there are advertisements for travel, food industrial products, often crafts , the food "typical" is instead a fast food restaurants as expensive fake as they are in mall. But there are unexpected architectures, beautiful presentations, liveable structures, colors, sounds, events, people, roles, images ... to catch!
Imagining the wonder that would cross a child of about 10 years observing all this, one of those who know the abbreviations car of Italian provinces and its people, one of those curious people who can not escape the ability to fantasize.
Through the eyes of the child and the technical expertise of the adult, I have tried to live this experience. I share it with you.

meraviglie attraverso lo sguardo di un fanciullo di 10 anni
Se si parte con l'idea di vivere sensazioni, profumi, aromi, cucina sostenibile e nuovi sapori, il visitatore rimarrà deluso dall'esposizione. Il tema cibo e sostenibilità è più l'occasione di una vetrina contemporanea, come esser dentro un centro commerciale mondiale dove ogni paese è rappresentato da un negozio più o meno grande, ci sono le pubblicità di viaggi, prodotti industriali alimentari, spesso dell'artigianato, il cibo "tipico" è invece un fast food caro finto come i ristoranti dei "Mall". Ci sono però architetture inaspettate, presentazioni magnifiche, strutture vivibili, colori, suoni, eventi, persone, ruoli, immagini … da catturare!
Immaginando la meraviglia che attraverserebbe un bambino di circa 10 anni osservando tutto questo, uno di quelli che conosce le sigle automobilistiche delle province italiane e i suoi abitanti, uno di quelli curiosi a cui non sfugge la possibilità di fantasticare.
Attraverso gli occhi del bambino e la professionalità tecnica dell'adulto, ho cercato di vivere quest'esperienza. La condivido con voi.
